  1. Well, basically what babble does in enhance the sound and speech of babies and how they intterpt the world. it is quite intrestin really as the babies hear the sounds of words being said to them or said around them they start to form their lips, tongue and mouth to form or imidate the sounds they heard. The form of the words corrsponds to the words they are introduced to. As the keep babbling sooner or later the word is said correctly. So if parents dont talk to their children and encourage the (annoying) babble than the childs speech will be delayed. The child needs the audio part of sppeech to mock it and form words and say thoughts. This explains why they say things simlar to momma before they say the actual word. Like mama ma moma and such.

  2. Scientists say that it is important for a baby to babble. I think it is also important. I say this because I it is important that they show some kind of vocal language to let the family know that they are alright; as in they are normal, they have no problems with talking. This babbling that babies tend to do shows us that they are trying to comprehend the word or words that they have over heard again and again. It is good that babies babble because it shows you how much they are talking in. Babbling, even though it’s just baby talk, helps in a lot of ways. Babbling for a baby helps that baby sound out words better and get used to the moving of the lip to make certain words or letters. Babbling is baby language for learning or producing words out of what they have heard. Usually after the baby begins to babble the adult will try to comprehend or produce a word that the baby might be trying to say, therefore the baby can sink in that word more, just by hearing it.

  3. from reading this article i see that when a baby babbles it is a very important step in their development. in many cases if a baby does not babble then there may be something wrong. when a baby babbles it latter helps them to sound out words and fix their mouth to form the words. when a baby babbles the parent try's to comprehend it and then suggest that they are trying to say a certain word, when thats not the case at all.

  4. From this article I can see how babbling is important for babies. By babbling is their way of trying to learn new words and make sense of the words that they do hear. Since babies cannot talk they babble as their own form of communication to us. Obviously babies do not know any words so they listen to what we say and try to make sense of it. They learn through social interaction. Scientists say that they learn more from us replying with a word than posing a question. The example they gave was the baby looking at the apple and babbling. They said that they would learn more if they point out the object, in this case apple, instead of asking a question.

  5. The article was based solely on how babies’ babbling indicates some sort of mental and verbal development. In the article it says when baby babbles they are usually trying to form words to talk. Parents must talk to their baby as if they were talking to another adult because the baby has to hear words in order to form them. Doctors say that parents should not just take their baby’s babbling as being cute but seriously because it shows a sign of development. Babies learn better when they get parental stimulation. They don’t need television shows like Dora or Sprout to help them learn more quickly it is better that babies take their time learning new things. When parents teach their babies hands on its helps them develop more effectively. For example if a baby wants a bottle you wouldn’t ask them “Do you want a bottle?” you would simply put it in front of them and say “bottle” they will learn a new word and what to do with it. Babies get a better understanding when they can touch or physically see what they are doing. It is very important that parents help their babies achieve a level of development that they will be proud of and also help their child succeed later on.

  6. A baby’s babble is important to their development because it helps them to understand the language that they will learn when they get older. When they do this it will be easier for them to comprehend it while going through this learning process. The article says that when baby’s babble they are interested in learning something new, I think that this can possibly be determined on how students learn new information and how they deal with it. Without the baby’s babble they might not possibly get the language they are learning as quick as others will or they would not be able to pronounce some words the correct way because their babbling wasn’t being exercised as it should have been.

  7. Babbling for babies actually do enhance their speech and their outlook on the world. I think that it is interesting how babies are able to interpret what a person is saying by looking at their tounge or mouths so that. But, if parents do not talk to thier children thy will take away that whole babbling stage and this could harm the childs enhancing skills because they will have torubles talking and will have other troubles taking a hold on the world. So all parents need to do is talk to their children so that they can go into that babbling stage so that they will be able to grow their enhancing skills so that they will be able to understand things sooner.

  8. Babbling is now being understood to be an essential precursor to speech. The article says that when baby’s babble they are interested in learning something new. Babbling is far from meaningless; babies are experimenting with different sounds and noises they hear, somewhat mimicking. Babbling must mean something if babies all over the world do it in similar ways. A baby hears all these things and is able to differentiate them before he baby can produce them. It’s not in your brain somewhere, you have to learn it. When a baby babbles they are practicing, shaping different sounds by learning to maneuver the mouth and tongue, and listening to the results.

  9. Baby babbling is very important and essential to the development of a child. Babbling is essential to the child’s cognitive and social emotional development. By hearing babies babble, it ensures one that their child is obtaining words and sounds that they are hearing from others in their surroundings. In the instance of babbling, babies seem to be primed in to take in more information. Also, by babbling, it creates a social interaction where they can now you can learn new things. When parents respond to baby babble by naming the object, children are more likely to learn the word. Researchers believe that when babies start to babble, that means that they are ready to learn new information. By listening to baby babble, it gives parents the ability to measure baby’s sound progressive.

  10. In this article it talks about how baby babble is actually a sign that a child is normal or should I say nothing is wrong. Baby babble should go on for the first year of a baby’s life and during the second year they should start to develop of words a little. This article said that if a baby does not babble something could be wrong with the brain, the baby is not really being talked to or the baby might have hearing problems. As the baby gets older is should slowly develop using vowels and consonants in there babbling. Parents should pay attention to all the babbling a baby does because it shows the prcoess that they are making in their speech. Babbling is more important than we think

  11. Obviously if a baby is making sounds it means they are trying to communicate with use in some shape or form. Babies interpret words and the world differently so we as adult should try to understand them. Babies only try to interpret words that they hear around them. So in a way, it is important to keep an appropriate language while we are around babies because their brain easily captures what we do around them. So it is the parent responsibility to make sure that their baby babble, because if not their speech cognitive can be delayed. I believe that babies learn faster by hearing. Babbly therefore is important to their development because it helps them to learn words and to communicate with us.

  12. It is very important to speak with a baby during their development stages. Everything the baby hears or says is absorbed. This gives them the opportunity to learn different sounds which will later help them speak. When the baby is making sounds it means he or she is trying to speak. Many parents just think the noise isn’t important and they are doing it just to play around. I think the more you talk to your baby and the more people he or she is around it will make the baby speak much earlier and better. This is why the babbling of the baby is very important and something that should be taken seriously by parents.

  13. It is important that babies babble because it plays an important role in a baby's speech and comprehension. Babbling shows that there is nothing that's interrupting a crucial ability that is needed as they are growing up. In order for them to develop this skill, they would need to hear actual people speaking, so this means that television would not help develop this important skill. Babbling as a baby would help toddlers shape their sounds into the words of their native tongues. But if babies are not babbling, they are not practicing the sounds that will lead to word development. While they are babbling, they are more prepared to take in new information.

  14. This article is about how baby babbling is important to the development of the child. Researching has allowed scientist to now use baby babbling to conclude a baby’s development mentally. Baby babbling usual starts to happen as early as four months of birth. If babbling does not occur within the first two years then the baby should be taken to the doctors and checked. A consistent act of babbling of a baby means they are trying to shape words together and form their own language. And babbling is not necessarily a form of speech and it is the stage of speech before a baby starts to shape their voice into their own family’s language. This means that babbling is the same with the same voice patterns.

  15. The basic understanding of babbling is a baby learning the motors skills of the mouth and tongue. They are trying to speck and or sound like the people around them. This is the foundation of a person learning how to talk. As for scientist, they say that when a baby isn’t babbling that there must be something wrong with the baby mentally, physically or emotionally. They also say that in order for a baby to normally babble they must have interactions with people; real people! No baby will learn from watching TV or education videos, but from the people around them, the world.
