it really doesnt change my perception of motivation. it really just adds to my perception. it makes me see the different ways that people can be motivated but ultimately it just proves my point that people want something to motivate them. if they dont have something motivating them then nine times out of ten they arent going to want to do whatever it is they are being asked to do. if you are at work they are motivated by money and if they are in school then they are motivated by grades and the fact of graduation. people are motivated by a lot of things but ultimately people wont do something if there isnt some sort of incentive or something that provokes them and motivates them to get it done.

It is a good video to teach someone what they need to know about the perception of motivation. So once you learn it once you will remember it at all times. That is what I believe.
After watching the video I still have my own view of motivation. However I do agree with some of the stuff that was said in the video. The main thing that stood out to me was when they were discussing how people who work are motivated. It states that people who get paid more money, are motivated more to do their job. If they were paid very low majority of the time they would not want to work. But overall I think that motivation comes from our surroundings no matter if it is a person, a paycheck, or simply doing something we enjoy.
This video doesn’t really change my perception on how I look at motivation. Motivation can be whatever in life that has you motivated to be anything or to do anything. True, money is like the greatest motivation because people today thrive off of money, but that’s not the only motivation that people are motivated by.
This video didn't change what I think about motivation. People can be motivated in different ways, in the video they used money to motivate. This video adds on to what I think about motivation. They had various experiments where someone had to do something and in the end they get rewarded. Some people got the money first then tried to do the tasks. The people who got the money first did worse than those who did the tasks first. I think this is true in most situations. If you reward someone before they do the tasks their performance will be worse. Once people get rewarded before performing a task I think they lose the urge to perform well since they already got what they wanted.
No it does not change my way of motivation because I knew everything that it was saying. People who get the payest do the worst because they already know that they have their pay and is set. Everything else was just common sense to me. I knew that soem people are motivated by money but when you throw a lot in their face they slack. Everything that was said I knew from the past.
The video change my mind a little bit about motivation. The thing that shocks me the most is when the guy in video said that a person who receives the biggest incentive does the poorest job out of the rest of the competitors. I do believe that a person finds satisfaction in other things besides their work such as a musical instrument. Motivation doesn’t necessarily have to come from a boss or a cooperate leader it can come from within. The video did a good job of showing how things are not always what they seem because fifty dollars may not be a lot of money in the United States but it could be a person monthly salary in another country. I think people should be appreciative of what position they hold in their job career and take advantage of any job opportunity they have.
Watching this video did not changed my perception of motivation because many people in today's society needs motivation in order to complete their tasks and jobs in a more efficient manner. In today's society, many job professionals' motivation is money and just like in the video, it talked about monetary being many people's motivation. But for some people, money is not always their motivation, it can be a family member or anything that can help stimulate them. Without any motivation, their performance level would decrease and the chances of them completing their task is also slimmer.
The video didn't chance my perception of motivation. I think that it means something different for everyone. And I still don't think that motivation just means money or some type of reward to everyone. :P

I wasn’t surprised because I do know that most Americans are greedy. I don’t feel like I would be a part of that group because I would do my best at my career no matter what the amount was that I was getting paid. I do believe this highly connects to people using bribery.
The video describes how motivation can be expressed in many different ways. It talked about motivation more in the buisness feild and how you can me motivated in the work place. If you are given something to do in the workplace and money is involved, than many people will be interested and more people would be intrigued. They also talked about how money can be a distraction in the work place. When you have a low income than you are more concerned with your pay instead of your work. If you are pay higher amounts earlier than they say you are more likely to do a better job on your work. This video gave me alot of information about motivation and was very interesting.

No and yes, people are motivated by what reward they receive, for example my motivation is Jesus Christ. So for most people who believe in him may only want to be a Christian is that they want to go to heaven, but when the stakes are harder by following what the bible says be say because the task is not satisfying. As for what the guy says if the task isn’t satisfying than the performance will be poor and doesn’t matter what the pay is, example where people work. As for my perspective on motivation it did not change.
