  2. To me body language is just how people talk without actually talking. It is how you say things without opening you mouth and actually voicing what you want to say. One example of body language is when people are talking you and you look like you’re interested but your body language says that you really don’t give a damn about what they are saying. Your body language would be the facial expression you are making or how you’re standing. Or it could be the way you move as they are speaking. There are many different ways that body language can be used but most of the time it is being used to tell people to just go away or stop talking. Most people use their body language when they don’t want to be bothered or don’t feel like talking as much as they might normally speak.

  3. Body language is your body posture and the types of signals you give. For example, if someone did sprints for hours you would be able to see that they are tired by the way that they walk, talk, and much more. Another example would be if a child doesn’t get want they want. Usually the child will get upset and start moping around. I could be an example as well. When I am playing soccer and I mess up I put my hands on my head and look at the ground. It is obvious that I am upset because my body language. Another example would be when students get homework. They go from being loud and happy to quiet and mad. My final example is when someone falls and hurts their leg. Their body language gives away the fact they are hurt because they are limping.

I think body language is the messages you send out to a person by your body actions. I also think that body language is the way you act towards a person when you are near them. Five examples that describes body language is when a man is standing across the room and a women bashes her eyelashes or smiles to him that is sending a flirty message. Another example is when a girl is with a group of people and all they do is point at a boy you can tell their talking about him whether it is good or bad. Another example that describes body language is when you are standing in front of a person and don’t lose eye contact obviously you are talking to someone important so they think you are being respectful. Another example would be a girl and guy dancing on the floor such as dry humping or grinding they obviously want to do more than dance. My final example would be a woman and man talking and holding hands that can show that they are in a relationship that is more than friends.

  5. Body language is exactly what it sounds like...It is communicating through the body. Some people can read body language fairly easily while others get very confused by it. Body language can be anything from waving our hands when you talk, moving your head to point to a direction, shifting on your feet to show that your nervous, moving your body in a certain way for seduction and of course making motions to make a funny face and motion at someone. Body language shows emotion as well as give a message to someone. The intentions are to communicate without using words. Often it is to not make things obvious or to keep things quiet. There are also people who are unaware of their bod language. It comes off without it meaning to and show the persons personality and character. Hehe...blogging...arnt we getting so techy. tsk tsk.

  6. well I only had eleven lines so Iam going to write an extra four lines :D.

Body language is a form of movement that allows us to comunicate easily. All of us have the ability to do it and we all do, do it. It is human nature to talk with our hands because it makes us feel like our point is getting across.

    Ugh hope thats enough >.<

  7. Body language is a way to communicate without using your words, it’s just like letting your body speak for you. This can consists of your body posture because good posture is very important. It can also involve facial expressions such as raising your eyebrows, smiling, frowning, very excited, or very angry. Also eye movements like squinting or rolling your eyes. Usually when people have an attitude they roll their eyes. Whenever I can’t see something and I’m not wearing my glasses I squint. So whenever I’m squinting people already knows I can’t see. Hand gestures also show body language. If I see someone I know across the room I will wave hi or bye to them. You can also gesture someone to come to you if there too far. Also hugging is a type of body language as well. Body language usually provides clues as to the attitude or state of mind of a person.

  8. I think body language is a way of communicating without words. It’s a way to express yourself without actually saying anything. Body language is how somebody can tell what you are thinking or feeling by the way you look. Body language can be detected by your postures, eye movements and facial expressions. It can be the way you sit, stand or look. If you are in class and don’t really look awake you can tell by your face expression that the person is tired or just doesn't want to be there. If you’re happy or excited you would look attentive. If you don’t like someone you can usually tell by your eyes, how you look at a person. For example if you’re waiting for someone and you’re standing up against a pole slouching you can see that the person is ready to go. Body language can also be using your hands while you talk to expand on what your trying to say to get your point across.

  9. Body language would be how a person’s body movement describes how they are truly feeling. Body language can tell a lot about a person, if you can interpret it. It is a way of communicating without actually talking; a perfect example would be the game of charades. Another example would be if someone is mad and they use aggressive hand gestures. If someone is fidgety and are constantly moving, it would indicate that they are nervous. If you have an I don’t care type of slouch posture while you are sitting down, it would mean you aren’t confident or you have no responsibilities in life. Whereas if you walk proper with a good posture you are confident, have no worries, or are having a good day that day.

  10. Body language can be perceived as many different things however the main way I take it is that it is an unconscious signal of how someone is really feeling. One example could be when you have a certain facial expression on such as a frown, indicating something is wrong. Another example could be when you are walking a certain type of sluggish way because you are obviously tired. Perhaps the way that you talk could be a type of body language. For example, if you are very snappy when someone asks you a question, then that would indicate that someone is irritated. Another good example could be if someone is falling asleep in class because not only could that be interpreted as someone was tired but they could also just be incredibly bored with the class. Sometimes, your body language can also reflect on the environment you’re in, whereas at home, you may be more relaxed at home and in an office setting, you’re a little more uptight.

  11. In my opinion body language is the way the mind perceives a situation and how it tells the body to react to what the mind was told . mostly likely the way a persons body language becomes noticeable when they are told or hear something that they disagree with or like. For example, when a teenager is told to do something by their parents they normally don’t say anything back to them, instead they show how they feel by what they were told using their body. They normal become annoyed and start to mope. Some other instants that involve body language could be in adults when their told to do something by someone they don’t have a care for a work. They seem to be more lazy when doing the assignment given to them.

  12. Body language is something that helps you decide who a person is or how they act. Body language can tell you what the personality of a person before you meet them. One example of body language is how a person stands. This way you can tell how this lives and who they are. Another example is how a person walks; this tells a person how you think they will approach you and how you think they will sound. Body language can help a person make decisions on hiring or who they want on their team. Body language is something people use all the time. How fast they do something or how they sit can be a judgment as well. Sitting can help somebody find out if this person is tired or wide awake. If they are hyper or just chill.

  14. Body language is a form of non-verbal communication with others. Example one of is sign language, which is a form of Body language. 2. When one gesticulates while talking to someone or self is a form of body language. 3. Body language can be how people show their emotions through posture (sad=sobbing around, proud= chest out and chin up…..ect) 4. Body language can also be facial expressions (can tell when a person is scared, hot, cold, mad, happy...ect) 5. It also can be eye movement ( eye rolling, staring....ect) Body language is a very good social skill. Willing and unwilling we use body language as a useful form of communication.

  15. Body language is sending a message through facial expressions and motions. In music videos body language is usually sexual. They will show a girl with revealing clothes and make motions to come closer or something. In the army soliders use body language to tell the other troops if they should go further, wait, or fall back. Teachers in school use body language to quiet the students. People who do sign language use their body and motions to talk to people who are deaf. People use body language even when they talk to emphasize what they are talking about. Someone may use body language to signal to someone and tell them they have something in their nose or something on their face.

  17. I think body language is how someone wants to either say or do something’ that they probably won’t or haven’t gotten to yet’ so you can tell what a person is thinking by how they are performing or moving. Five examples are mute dance routines with no words, and they tell stories, even without saying a word. Sex is another example you can tell when there are mutual feelings between two people by how they may look at one another or by their movements. When someone is angry or sad you can see by how their past may have been, or when someone is sad when their quiet or crying you can tell their upset about something. Also if someone is sleepy you would be able to tell because they may be moping around or their eyes will be very slow moving and they won’t be able to comprehend as much.

  19. Body language is expressing your feelings using your body. Without even telling anyone what’s wrong just by a person looking at you they can tell what your felling weather it’s sad, mad, tired or angry. An example of body language is when a person is sad and they might walk with their head down or have a sad face on. Without them even saying anything you can tell what’s that something’s wrong. Another example is when someone is tried they might walk slow or just look drained, you can just tell that their tired. Another example is when someone is mad they could be walking fast got a look on their face that just says don’t say nothing to me or leave me alone. Another example could be someone rolling their eyes you can tell that they are being smart or don’t want you looking at them. Body language always shows a lot about a person.

  20. Body language is the way a person can express themselves through movements and gestures with their body. Body language is a form of communication that does not involve talking. Body language can also be a form of expressing your emotions, like frowning your face when you are sad, or smiling when you are happy. People can also use body language unconsciously. An example would be moving your arms and hands when talking. People use this gesture because it is a comfortable way to express and better explain whatever you are trying to say. Also body language can express confidence. When you walk straight and upright than you might have a little bit more confidence than someone who slouches down when they walk. Whether we use body language consciously or unconsciously we use it in our everyday lives as much as we use verbal language.

  21. Body language to me is talking to your body. Showing emotions without using words. Most people that I know wear their emotions on their face. For example, when a person is angry about something, that anger usually show it on their face. Another example is when someone is happy about something you can see it through their face for example; they will be smiling and glowing. It’s a form of non verbal communication. The way they talk with their body, the way they move their eyes are all signs of body language. Another example is when a person hates someone and the person comes and pass near them, you can see the hate that reflect on the hater face because of the looks they can’t stop giving the other. Some people use their body to let the other person know that they are listening and that they know that you are talking about them. You can also tell when someone is not listening to you because they always seem out of place and usually space out. I don’t really believe that body language defines a person because someone can always look mad because of their past experience, or are depressed all the time that does not mean anything, I believe people should get to know a person because they can usually be super shy. Somebody’s posture can tell a lot about a person because they can either be paying attention or have a straight posture but when someone has a bad posture it can let others know that they don’t care about what you have to say. Also yawning can tell others that your either boring or they are just tired.

  23. Body language is another method for many people to communicate and express how one another are feeling. For an example, some people would raise one of their eyebrows, meaning they are confused, or giving thumps up, meaning that they are in a good mood or everything is fine. Body language can also help give people hints and a sense of directions. For example, if you point left, it’ll tell them that they should turn left or tell them to look in that direction. Body language can also allow others to interpret your relationship with one another. For example, when you hug or smile to someone you know. If you hug your friend, it shows that you are closer to them compare to others that you smile to. Some people use body language while they are giving a speech or presentation to add more emphasis.

  24. I think that body language is the way that we communicate without words sometimes without even noticing like when we yawn or slouch. It’s like signals that our body sends out as reactions to things that happen around us. It also helps us communicate with others without talking. To me, body language is to get a message across with just a stare or maybe some signaling, not necessarily being a good or bad message. I think that body language can happen through eye contact, hand signals, movements, and facial expressions; even by the way we walk. What makes body language something amazing is that most of the times when we do not realize that we’re doing it we still send the message that we would like to send. Body language is also something that we do consciously like a showing of bad manners or when we try to flirt with someone to get their attention, sometimes we et the attention when we want it but sometimes we don’t. I think that body language also sometimes makes people see things that are not there or make them think that we feel a certain way when we do not just because we do or look a certain way. It’s like our mind takes it beyond what we would imagine. I think that body language is important in our everyday lives because that way we can communicate with our friends, family, and other people that we might not know at all. :D
