Yesterday we defines normal. Today I'd like you to define abnormal and put it into the context of three current examples.Such as men with pierced ears...
Abnormal is something that makes a person different. Something that makes a person unique to another person. One sign of being abnormal is being ADD. This is abnormal because not a lot of people have this. Another sign of being abnormal is a female wearing males clothing. This is a sign of being abmnormal becvause the number of girls wearing guys clothing is a slim number which makes it abnormal. Lastly a person having super powers. This can be considered abnormal because there is a show that have people that can do abnormal things and it's different than other people.
Abnormal is something that all depends on what you are into. In the example that was given about men with pierced ears being abnormal, I personally don't feel as though it is. Although, perhaps that is because I like piercings. However, some things that I would feel are abnormal would be females wearing boys clothes, males wearing make-up, and getting the whites of your eyes tattoed a different color. This is abnormal to me because my definition of abnormal is something that is out of the ordinary or not something that one is accustomed to. Still, it is hard to determine abnormalities that aren't disorders or diseases because in this day and age, times have changed so much and people have a variety of likings.
Abnormal are people that act different than what they are supposed to. For example men that dresses like women. That is way more different than most of the men. Another is example is when someone types with their feet. People do not do that, so therefore it is abnormal. One more example is how women dress likes men and act like them. They are Tom-Boys, and should not act that way. That is what abnormal is and there are some example of abnormal people.
Well, abnormal is everything that is not normal. It is what "society" and the "people of society" think is odd or weird. I personally think everyone is abnormal unless they are insanely boring. It would have to be like crazy boring though, and I have yet to meet someone "normal" so yeah I doubt that there are any. We all have lil quirks or likes, or even habits that others are not accustom to. I think that abnormal people can be awesome to be around for the most part (l.o.l). There are more serious physical traits that are considered abnormal. Dwarfism, giantism are condtions that make people sizes that are not normal. Even red haired people with freckles are often considered abnormal. Like I said wiether you have webbed feet, a super high pitched voice or just like peanut butter and bacon sandwhiches abnormal is common it almost doesnt make sense to say it isnt normal. nothing is ever perfect. being "normal" is overrated!

One example that is abnormal is a man with sores or ulcers all over his face. Another thing that is abnormal is a transexual. Once they walk out in public, the world looks at them as if they are one man circus shows. The last thing that is abnormal is walking outside naked, like Erika Badue. She walked down the street shooting a music video naked and she accumulated so many fines and lawsuits, it rediculous.

Or maybe it’s abnormal when people see things that they would do or something they wouldn’t get. Abnormal can be normal to someone else. Example of things some may consider abnormal, nipple piercings’; when a female shaves one side of her head, or when someone has a disorder others see these things as abnormal. Anything can be seen as being abnormal.

Sometime people even think that being gay or lesbian is abnormal. Some things that people think is abnormal could be considered normal to other people. Abnormal is not only seen in humans it can be seen in animals as well, like the dog with epilepsy. Abnormal is not always a bad thing because some people can have an abnormal amount of intelligence which makes them extraordinary.

If there was a such thing as superheroes they would be abnormal because they have super powers that nobody have. People with ADHD could be considered abnormal because they are over alert. Many people do not have that so those who do are considered to be abnormal. Boys wearing girls clothing is abnormal because it is not something that you would normally wear.
To me, abnormal would be described as what society views as not normal. It involves doing things that are not usually done by average people. One example would be people who dress very different than others such as Lady GaGa, her outfits are extra and they make her stand out from everybody else. Another example would be when someone has an abnormal defect about their genetic makeup or something that causes them to act different then average people. One last example of abnormal would be tattoos because some people view them as taboo because they think that it is defacing your body. I personally think that some abnormal things are good because it lets people be themselves and express their personalities throughout what they do.
I think that people who are very judgemental and up tight and closed minded are abnormal. I like to see everything or try to see everything in a positive way. I also think that a lot of people are abnormal, especially their faces and beings! haha
Since there is no normal it makes it kind of difficult to explain abnormal. If I have to give the best definition I would say abnormal is something that stands out and is extremely different in society. Three examples of abnormal could be cross dressers, halletosis, and homosexuality. You would expect to see a woman walking the down the street wearing a dress or skirt with a nice shirt and maybe heels. Now what would be abnormal would being seeing a woman wearing baggy jeans, and white T and sneakers looking like a guy. Vice versa would be a guy wearing heels and a skirt and a girls shirt. When you talk to someone you would expect to have a nice conversation but out of the normal would be if you smell something terrrible. Halletosis would be abnormal in my opinion. Abnormal would be seeing a man holding hands with another man. Homosexuality is very abnormal.
Abnormal is considered the opposite of what is thought to be normal or usual. Abnormal is not typical, usual, or normal. Some things that would be considered abnormal in my opinion would be someone with only 9 toes. Normally/typically humans have 10 toes so it would be strange for someone to only have 9. Also a male wearing a skirt would also be abnormal because skirts are usually worn and designed for females. If you saw a man walking down the street in a skirt you would probably wonder why he was wearing it because that is not normal. Lastly a person that was born with white, pink, and orange eyes would be abnormal. Generally we have brown, blue, hazel, green eyes. Unless they were contacts then that would be abnormal.

Really though abnormality is something that is defected or isn’t typical to a person that hasn’t been exposed to whatever they think it’s normal.

Something thats could be extremely abnormal could be a person choose not to live at home, meaning that your homeless. Another thing that is abnormal is for a person to kill another person that is an extreme abnormalty for me. The way people dress can be abnormal.Another thing that is abnormal to me if for people to get weird piercing all over their bodies.
to me abnormal is defined as different than what one person sees as normal. for example one person sees having a clean body with no tattoos on their body as normal. so abnormal to them would be any person with a tattoo of any sort on their body. another example would be a person may see short clean cut hair on a guy as normal. so to them a guy with long hair or braids or should i say hair of any sort other than short and even, that would be abnormal to them. my third example would be a person sees having no piercings on there body or face normal. so to them anybody with an ear piercing or body piercing would be considered abnormal. basically being abnormal is just a matter of opinion because the definition of abnormal is different for each person.
Abnormal is where you aren’t exactly normal where you don’t fit into the normal statistics or don’t fit into society. Abnormal is also when you see something or someone that you aren’t used to seeing. An example of abnormality would be a person with one blue eye and one green eye. Another example of abnormality would be a person who is a serial killer. One more example of abnormality would be a seven foot person. A reason you may see this as abnormal is because your basically not used to seeing those things.
I think that abnormal is to be different and just do your own thing. To me it means to not follow the guidelines that society or others set for us. Sometimes we think that you are abnormal if you dress like a “punk”, when you have tattoos all over your body, or if a man has pierced ears. We do not notice that to them that is normal, and probably to them other people who are “normal” in society they are abnormal. o.O
